If the public link fails to import to Neural Analog:
- Open the song in a private browser window. It needs to be public and playable without signing in. Private or deleted songs cannot be imported.
- Wait for generation to finish, then copy the complete song or share URL again. Paste the link, not a song title or creator name.
- If a playlist or creator page fails, try one public song from it to check whether the problem affects that track or the collection.
- If the song plays publicly but still fails to import, try again later. A public page can remain visible while its audio is temporarily unavailable.
If it still fails, share the public song link and the error message with Neural Analog support on Discord.
