I'm trying to subscribe but payment is failing. What can I do?

Payments are processed by the provider Stripe, which offers dozens of alternatives depending on your geography. Payments can fail when Stripe blocks a charge during fraud checks, or when your card issuer, wallet provider, or bank declines the transaction. Neural Analog cannot manually override Stripe risk decisions or issuer declines.

Try this first

Try again with a different payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, Amazon pay, etc.
Enter the card directly in checkout instead of reusing a saved Link payment method if Link was declined.
Make sure the card has enough balance and that online, international, and recurring subscription payments are enabled.
Contact your card's issuer or wallet provider and ask them to allow the Neural Analog subscription payment.

If you do not have a bank card

In the US, you can look into these services: Cash App Card, PayPal Debit Mastercard, or Venmo Debit Card, Chime, Varo...
In the UK or Europe, look into: Wise, Revolut, N26, Monese, Skrill...
These services depend on your country, so check their conditions before signing up.

Avoid these payment methods

Prepaid gift cards, including Vanilla Visa eGift cards, usually won't work.
Single-use or disposable virtual cards are also likely to fail. Use a regular virtual or physical debit card to ensure service continuity
