I'm trying to subscribe but payment is failing. What can I do?
Payments are processed by the provider Stripe, which offers dozens of alternatives depending on your geography. Payments can fail when Stripe blocks a charge during fraud checks, or when your card issuer, wallet provider, or bank declines the transaction. Neural Analog cannot manually override Stripe risk decisions or issuer declines.Try this first
- Try again with a different payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, Amazon pay, etc.
- Enter the card directly in checkout instead of reusing a saved Link payment method if Link was declined.
- Make sure the card has enough balance and that online, international, and recurring subscription payments are enabled.
- Contact your card's issuer or wallet provider and ask them to allow the Neural Analog subscription payment.
If you do not have a bank card
- In the US, you can look into these services: Cash App Card, PayPal Debit Mastercard, or Venmo Debit Card, Chime, Varo...
- In the UK or Europe, look into: Wise, Revolut, N26, Monese, Skrill...
- These services depend on your country, so check their conditions before signing up.
Avoid these payment methods
- Prepaid gift cards, including Vanilla Visa eGift cards, usually won't work.
- Single-use or disposable virtual cards are also likely to fail. Use a regular virtual or physical debit card to ensure service continuity
